What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

Early check in: Subject to Availability from 7:00 am. 50% of the rack rate will be charged, granting the room.

Advance use: $50,000 will be charged for the value of breakfast and the right to advance use of the facilities.

Early departure: In the event that the guest anticipates his departure without giving notice to the hotel (48 hours in advance), a charge of 100% of the rate corresponding to one night of rack rate accommodation will be made at the time of his Check Out. Except in the case of an early departure for reasons of force majeure or demonstrable fortuitous event, in which 100% of the charge will not be charged.

Late check out: Subject to availability. Between 15:00 hours (3:00 pm) and 19:00 hours (7:00 pm) 50% of one night's accommodation will be charged at the rack rate. After 19:00 hours (7:00 pm) the full rack rate will be charged.

What is the minimum age to check into the hotel?

Minors: If you are traveling with your child(ren) under the age of 18, you must present the identification document of the minor(s) (civil registry), which proves the existence of the relationship . If the minor(s) is(are) not traveling in the company of their parents, you must deliver to the reception, in addition to the minor's identification document (civil registry), the parents' permission, which must be authenticated by a Notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. If you are a foreigner, you must present an equivalent document. Without this documentation, minors are not allowed to enter the hotel. In the event that the Client does not present any of the documents indicated here, the Hotel reserves the right to not allow the entry of the person or persons of the group who do not present the complete documents. Consequently, the guest accepts as an obligation to refrain from smoking in the spaces, areas and environments that are marked as smoke-free spaces, as well as in closed spaces, such as rooms, corridors, restaurants, lounges and others. In the event that the guest fails to comply with this obligation, he/she agrees to pay a penalty estimated at an amount equivalent to $600,000, for breach of his/her obligations and for the treatment of the affected area.
